Pros: Good product that helps your colon to digest well, minimize bowel irritation and it is cost effective.
Cons: It is not flavored and packing is not attractive.

ABC Max Colon Cleanse use psyllium ground which is good, psyllium based products are often coarse and not good for my inefficient stomach, but this product uses powdered psyllium which keeps things fine and my stomach relaxed.
