I take 1.2 g of Acetyl-L-Carnitine 2-3 times a day, and I have to say that it provides a profound benefit to my mental well-being, as well as my physical health. After heavily smoking pot for a year, along with other experimentation, I lacked motivation, and felt quite depressed. ALCAR, along with other supplements, has really helped me get back on track and move on with my life.
