Suggested Use for Agar Powder |

Agar can be used as a vegetable substitute. Dilute 2 Tbsp. of agar powder in 1 pint of water or fruit juice. Cook for 5 minutes and then add fruit or vegetables. Pour into mold, and refrigerate until hard.

| This is amazing, I've used it as an agar supliment for my science project at school and it definately grows bacteria, I wonder what it does for my gut flora/fauna??? |
