This product can be convenient and tasty way to increase the level of dietary fiber which is typically half of government recommended levels. Psyllium husks have the ability to swell up to 100 times their initial volume when added to water or juice.

Suggested Use for Apple Psyllium Fiber |

Mix 1 tablespoon into 8-12 oz of juice or water, 1 to 3 times daily. Drink additional fluids throughout the day.

Warning for Apple Psyllium Fiber |

| Take this product as recommended. Without drinking enough liquid the product may swell in the throat, causing blockage or choking. Avoid use if you ever had esophageal narrowing, or swallowing difficulties.
