I have been using 'nelsons ARNICA' for bruises caused, from time to time, on my arm where I have hemodialysis. I am pleased to report that the marks go away very quickly....give it a try. Only thing the product I have been using for one year is in a different color box....mine is half light pink, other half white, with a rose-color band in the center....Does anyone know if it's the same product....? mine is from Britain. Thanks.
