Nothing works better to keep my girl (and all the girls on her team) from getting ball bruises (laces and all) from fastball pitches gone awry. My sons play baseball and will use the arnic gel at home, but not in front of their teammates like the girls will!

I have 2 little kids and they almost keep doing things thats why i have a Arnica gel in my first aid bcz when ever they got hurt aur fall i gently apply arnica gel on that place and relief the pain.
