I have used the powder form and love it. Its great for the winter months to keep you healthy and the nasty bugs at bay. I put a small amount in my juice and even coffee and it works wonders. My kids went the entire winter in day care without a single snifle. I love the stuff Eclectic Institute really got this product right. Highly recommend it.
