Suggested Use for Barley Essence Berry |

Dissolve two teaspoons into an 8 oz. glass of water or your favorite juice. Do not take with hot liquids since heat will neutralize active enzymes. Recommended once or twice daily on an empty stomach (20 minutes before a meal).
