These bacteria survive stomach acid well and colonize the colon. FOS promote the growth of these beneficial bacteria. Suggested Use for Bifidus Balance + FOS
Take 1 to 3 capsules per day with unchilled water, or dissolve in mouth, 20–60 minutes after eating. For infants and children, open capsule and pour 1/2 to one capsule onto food. Or, use as directed by your qualified health consultant. Bifidobacteria are anaerobic (live without oxygen) and reside in the lower intestine.
