This product is great. At my worst (after knee surgery) I was having 2-3 hot flashes an hour. One capsule a day and my hot flashes were gone in a few days. I am 50 and started the hot flashes with the birth of a child at age 41. If I had known about this product then, I would have started taking it earlier. I have been taking Solaray One Daily Black Cohosh for 9 months and refuse to go without it. Occassionally I skip a day or 2 to see if the symptoms are gone. I have always gone back to the same product.
