As a relaxant: Swallow 1 to 2 tablets with water as needed three times
daily, preferably before meals.
For insomnia: 1 to 3 tablets 1/2 to 1 hour before retiring.

| I like these because they do not knock me out because I've always had a problem with my mind shutting down enough to fall asleep and thats why i feel myself relax and the churning went away. |
