    Suggested Use for Cold SeasonTea

    Cold SeasonTea
    For best tea infusion, pour 8 oz boiling water over one Organic Cold Season tea bag and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. For a stronger effect, use 2 tea bags. Gently squeeze each tea bag to fully release the active ingredients. Drink 2–3 cups per day during the cold weather season to support nasal and respiratory function. When your respiratory system seems a bit down, drink 3 cups per day. For maximum support, drink a cup every 1 to 4 hours.

    The blend is complemented with Organic Peppermint (Mentha x piperita), one of the world's most widely used herbs, and one that is known for its menthol vapors. Organic Cold Season tea have also included Organic Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) and Organic Basil (Ocimum basilicum) to Enhance promote free breathing, as well as Organic Lemon Grass, one of the best herbs for promoting healthy sinus function.
    Organic Cold Season tea blend is augmented with Organic Licorice, a widely used herb in traditional Chinese a substance used in managing discomfort, well-known for coating and soothing membranes and supporting adrenal function.
