For best tea infusion, pour 8 oz boiling water over one Organic Cold Season tea bag and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. For a stronger effect, use 2 tea bags. Gently squeeze each tea bag to fully release the active ingredients. Drink 2–3 cups per day during the cold weather season to support nasal and respiratory function. When your respiratory system seems a bit down, drink 3 cups per day. For maximum support, drink a cup every 1 to 4 hours.
