The infusion method: Place 1-2 tsp. of the herbal tea into a cup and add no more than 6 oz. of boiling water. Let steep for 2-3 minutes and then strain off the herbs. The decoction method: Place 1-2 tsp. of the herbal tea into a 6-8oz. of boiling water. Continue to boil for 3-5 minutes and then strain off the herbs. Add honey to sweeten.

| I found the dandelion tea while searching for another tea that my friend recommanded. I order this product and used it beleive me try it because it reaction i good they clear the blood and make new. |
