In preparation for the tanning season, take two soft gels twice per day with a full glass of water. Continue for 6-8 weeks, then reduce dosage to two soft gels once per day with a full glass of water to help keep the skin conditioned.

I've tried them all, accelerators, tanning booths, fake tan lotions. I was never happy with any of them. I saw this product this summer and thought Why Not, I've tried everything else. It took about 3/4 of a bottle and just going out into the sun very little & I was getting color. Then I went to Lake Havasu and only layed out by the pool for 1 day. The color just came out it was amazing and it didn't wash off it was a real tan. When I got back I keep taking 4 a day for a while then 2 a day. I had girls commenting on my "tan" and I keep it even when I stopped taking Elusn. I have a 1/2 a bottle left and I'm going to start takeing 4 a day to get my color to come back (by the way I still have some color where I can wear shorts and not feel "white". I freaked out when the other day the store didn't have it anymore == so I am ordering 2 bottles, so I get a nice color for the winter. These do not make you sick == no side effects except your urine is yellower than normal. The color is so natural not a orangy look, a nice tan color. And You can not beat the price and how easy this is. This is my secret as I have not told any of my girlfriends about it == there still going to those dangerous tanning booths. Elusun has a customer for life!!! (I'll tell them soon).
