Take two (2) tablets every four to six hours as needed, up to a
maximum of six (6) tablets per day. Do not take for more than 10 consecutive
days.

I have allways used other store brands such as Midol, but I find that one or the other doesn't list all of my symptoms that need to be addressed. I took my dose for the first time and I seem to be feeling normal. I will definately keep an open mind about this product.

I tried this product after a recommendation from a friend. I normally experience dramatic mood swings before my period. After taking this product, it actually lifted my mood and my normal grouchiness and irritation was eliminated. It's a great product!!!
