| I use this product when I am on vacation or a special occasion. I weigh myself on a weekly basis, and so far this product has prevented me from gaining any weight when I binge on junk food. One week I even lost three pounds. When I take chitosan, I also take vitamin C and a carb blocker with it. One cruise that I took I used this mix on almost every meal and then weighted myself when I got back. I lost five pounds. It varies. Sometimes there has been weight loss, but then sometimes, like last week during Thanksgiving week, it prevented me from gaining weight, which I still consider a victory. I do recommend this product. Since it does bind the food, it also takes vitamins with it, so I would use this product only occasionaly and not all of the time. |
