Use only as directed. Take two capsules up to three times a day with a meal or glass of water. Store in a cool, dry place.

Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, abdominal pain or intestinal obstruction. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea, are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Do not take for more than seven consecutive days. This product is not intended for persons under 18 years of age.

| Back in 2006, I bought the supplements. I used them for about 7 days every other week for a month and the next month I found out I was pregnant. In 2007 I had a beautiful healthy baby girl that I named Jazsmyne. |
