Suggested Use for Fiber Perfect |

Take 3-6 capsules approximately 1/2 hourbefore breakfast with a full glass of water. You may repeat 3-6capsules approximately 2 hours after dinner, again with a full glassof water. Begin with fewer capsules and increase gradually asneeded, or as directed by your qualified health consultant. Fiberproducts must be taken with adequate water.
