My doctor said diet and exercise reduce my glucose levels to normal levels or he would prescribe medicine to do it for me. Diet and exercise reduced my levels 5 points in 2 weeks. Not good enough. My brother in-law, a doctor in Thailand, recommended a bitter melon formula. I found Solaray GlucoReg Bitter Melon Formula at a local vitamin and herbal shop. Tried it and in 3 days my glucose level dropped from a 155 average to 121, with the past 2 days at 112. I have had readings as low as 103. I have never before in my adult life had a reading below 107. My target range is 85 to 95 and it looks as though I may reach it. I am taking the recommended dose and so far I have experienced no side effects.
