Mix or blend 2 scoops of powder with 8-10 ounces of cold water or diluted milk. Serve within 10 minutes. May add fruit juice for more sweetness or flax oil, nuts and seeds for additional essential fatty acids.

| I love this product. I'm allergic to dairy products (whey) and this is the first non-dairy high protein supplement I've found that tastes great, has tons of fiber,is filling, and has more protein than most other non-dairy supplements. |
