Suggested Use for Heavyweight Gainer 900
Gradually add 2 scoops of Heavyweight into 2 cups (16 oz. Or 500 ml) of cold water or milk with continuous mixing. Use 3 times daily: 45 minutes before training, immediately after training and 1 hour before bedtime. Eat at least 4 meals of regular food each day.
