Suggested Use for Ionic Trace Minerals |

For adults weighing 125-150 lbs, take 1 capful (1 fluid ounce) daily in a glass of juice or water, or take straight followed with juice or water. For smaller or larger individuals, adjust dosage accordingly. Always drink plenty of fluids.
