Take 2-3 capsules 30 minutes before meals on an empty stomach. In case of gastric irritation, LeanCare should be taken after meals.

Scientific Validation
Studies have shown that (-) hydroxycitric acid (HCA) present in the Garcinia cambogia extract (containing not less than 50% w/w of HCA) inhibits lipogenesis and fatty acid synthesis. HCA has also been shown to boost basal metabolic rate so the body continues to burn calories and lose weight.
