I took the Lipotropic complex last year after doing research on "fatty liver" causing a fat belly. Within 10 days of taking the product with warm water and lemon juice, I lost 8 pounds. I waited two weeks and resumed using the product. I found taking it for 10 days, resting 10 days then resuming it did wonders for me. After 3 months I had lost a totol of 40 pounds. I HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone who has stuborn fat around thier midriff area.
