Lets just say that, after (1) Three capsule dose and waiting a while, I began to think that this product would not work. I took another Three capsule dose and THE FLOOD GATES OPENED !!!! The great thing about this product is that it did not make me feel like I had to stay close to the bathroom. You know it's working when you begin to feel and hear some mysterious growls coming from your stomach area. BE ADVISED !!! When in full effect, Your Stool Will Be LOOOOOOOSE !!!! and you WILL discard copious amounts liquid matter with lots of gas. Cleaning seems to last (2) good bathroom visits then the return to normalcy begins. Bloated stomach area shrinks, pants fit better and overall feeling is improved. Worked as Advertised !!
