This is the first and only Elastin and Collagen formula for mascara that conditions and thickens your lashes. This is a long lasting, water-resistant mascara for that finishing touch. This lash-building formula is infused with precious substances and Pro-vitamin B5 which work synergistically to instantly add volume to your lashes from the inside out.
First apply a thin coat of mascara to the top lashes, brushing upward. Brush downward to apply mascara to the lower lashes, being careful to keep the lashes separated. For darker or thicker looking lashes, repeat the process. If second coat is applied, make sure first coat is completely dry.
