Suggested Use for Oat Bran |

Oat Bran is an excellent source of both soluble and insoluble fiber. Oat Bran can be taken directly raw, as a hot cereal, or used in baking muffins and other foods. To use as a hot cereal, simmer 2/3 cup Oat Bran in 2 cups water for 2 minutes, while stirring. Add salt, raisins or flavors to suit taste. Serves two Optional: Add 1 tsp vegetable oil for added smoothness.
