Suggested Use for Olbas Oil
Inhalation: Inhaling through a tissue sprinkled with Olbas Oil restores free breathing and provides fast relief when suffering from a cold, flu, or allergies. Or, add 10-20 drops of Olbas to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, and breathe the vapors deeply for about 5 minutes. Massage: Apply Olbas Oil generously and gently massage the body. Can be used for a full massage or spot massage at pressure points for quick effect. I have used Olbas products for about thirty years. Mostly in the past years I used the sport oil massage for sore muscles, to relax after a hectic day or just to settle in for the night. The scent to me is very therapeutic and calming. The Olbas Oil is stronger than the Olbas Sport Oil, and I use it for massage on swollen limbs which seemed to just creep up for no special reason after i turned sixty. Olbas oil will stop a headache, even a miagraine, if I apply some to the place the headache seems to be coming from, and press my finger or thumb in lightly massaging in a circular motion. The relief is practically instant, within five minutes usually. I use olbas oil now as a massage oil on my neck and shoulders, my calf and feet. I recommend Olbas Oil for all hurts, bruises, physical strains and mental and emotional calming. What a bargain!!
