| i have been researching probiotics,studying literature on various brands and trying the brands out on myself!i recomend PB8.the combo of 8 are complementary,to each other,but the product should be kept cool and ideally refrigerated,you can easily take 3 caps before bed and again take a dose in the a.m.start with 1 cap,2x a day and work up to higher doses,for maximumn benefit.it is a good roduct and well priced. |
