| After taking raspberry leaves in dry form, I found this liquid tincture to be much more effective. I have taken this product now for 4 years and rarely have sore breasts before menses. Along with some other herbs such as Nettle & Vitex, I started taking raspberry for perimenopause symptoms 7 years ago. Helped with the early heavy bleeding as well. This combination works extremely well for me and until my menses cease, I will continue to take it. |
