Aside from the little nauseous feeling, the thing works great. And you can pick it up practiacally anywhere over-the-counter in a 2 pill pack, especially for the one night flings.

I tried this product at the bequest of my doctor, and was pleasantly surprised, I was hard as a rock for over an hour, and remained stiff even after orgasm. The side effects appear to be; flushed, warm feeling, and a stiffie that gets in the way for several hours.
