Month 1: Lozenge; dissolve 1 lozenge every 1-2 hours or as needed, Tablets; Chew 2 tablets 4 times daily.
Month 2: Lozenge; Dissolve 1 lozenge every 2-4 hours, Tablets; Chew 2 tablets 3 times daily.
Month 3: Lozenge; Dissolve 1 piece every 4 hours, Tablets; Chew 1 tablet 3 times daily.
Not recommended for children under the age of 12 years.
