Suggested Use for Ultimate Zinc-C |

For high-intensity use: take one lozenge every two wakeful hours, disolving completely in mouth. Children under 60 pounds should use 1/2 adult amount. Otherwise, for adults, one lozenge per day. Store in a dry place, as zinc can absorb moisture from the air.
