Suggested Use for Valerian Complex
Adults: Take 20 - 30 drops in a small amount of water 2 times a day. Before retiring put 20 - 30 drops in a small amount of water.
Children (2-12) use 10 - 20 drops in some water and sweeten with honey if desired. Shake well before using. Each 50 ml bottle contains approximately a 41 day supply.
