ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
HerbsMD requires 7-10 working days for order processing. It might be possible that we could not ship order within promised time. If any ordered product becomes out of stock from supplier than we will notify customer through email. USPS delivery time is not included in order processing time.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
Shipping charges depend upon several factors like weight, destination and method of shipping. Prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
- HerbsMD will only cancel order on customer request, if we receive email or fax from customer within 24 hours after order confirmation. Following actions are required to perform:
- Formal order cancellation request sent through email at support@herbsmd.com
- Formal order cancellation request sent through fax at 1-408-273-6490
- HerbsMD reserves the right to cancel an order upon AVS (address verification status) mismatched.
- HerbsMD reserves the right to cancel an order if product remains out of stock from supplier after 20 working days of order confirmation.
NOTE:
- In order to avoid any sort of discrepancy, we request to all our valued customers to sent order cancellation request through both source of communication i.e. FAX and EMAIL.
- We highly recommend to our customers to provide us following information for cancellation request:
- Order Code
- Email Address (In Fax)
- Contact Number
- Reason for cancellation
ORDER CONTENT CHANGE POLICY:
- HerbsMD will change order content, if we receive email or fax from customer within 24 hours after order confirmation. Following actions are required to perform:
- Formal order content change request sent through email at support@herbsmd.com
- Formal order content change sent through fax at 1-408-273-6490

ORDER RETURN POLICY:
- HerbsMD will not entertain any return claim until unless following circumstances occur:
- Product Damage In Shipment
- Wrong Product Shipped
- HerbsMD will solely bear the shipping charges under above return circumstances only. In case of return claim, you will be requiring to provide us product in sealed and new condition along with INVOICE COPY. HerbsMD will entertain return claim within 7 days of order delivery. HerbsMD is not bound to reship order against the return claim. We will simply refund product amount and reshipment charges in return claim. In case your shipment detained in your local post office than we are not liable to provide any sort of compensation. HerbsMD will not be held answerable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. If your items are returned to us due to custom clearance problem than we will deduct 15% stocking fees and international shipping charges from your account.
REFUND POLICY:
- All refund cases will be resolved within 21 days after day of receiving products back.
- HerbsMD will not be liable for any wrong shipment due to minor or major mistakes in shipping address provided by customer. No refund claim will be entertained.
LIMITATIONS:
- Product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may differ from the language of destination country; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. When ordering from HerbsMD, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
