Order Processing Time
Order processing includes order information verification, picking, packing and shipping ordered items,
and processing payments. Please allow 1-7 business days for order to be processed.
The wide range of products we offer are divided into inventoried and non-inventoried items.
Non-inventoried items are those which are not readily available in stock.
We procure these items based on your orders, which may take some additional time.
In some situations, non-inventoried items are discontinued from manufacturer or short due to high demand.
In such case we will ship you the available portion of your order and refund the amount for non-available items.
Order Shipping Time
Order Shipping time starts after Order Processing Time and varies depending upon the shipment method selected
during Checkout. Orders shipped via USPS/UPS are delivered Monday through Friday only.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional one to two days.
