

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order from your member area at HerbsMD.com anytime
after placing it, but before we start processing it. Check processing
time to learn about the gap between order placement and order
processing time.
Following is the procedure for order cancellation:
- Log on to your member area at HerbsMD.com, using email and password
you selected at the time of order placement.
- Click on "Show Order History", and locate the order you want
to cancel.
- If your order is not already started to process, you will see
a cancellation option against your order detail.
- In case your order has been sent for processing, you can still
ask to stop its shipment by contacting us.
(5% processing fees will be charged).
- You will be notified about the deductions on your credit amount
(if any), before you commit cancellation.
- Please allow 10 to 15 days before refund may reflect to your
credit card statement.
Alternatively you can send an email to our customer support from
here or fax at 1-408-273-6490 for cancellation
of your order. Please provide your order code to expedite cancellation
process.
Order Returns
You may return any or all of your ordered items within 30 days of
shipping, under following circumstances:
- Item was received in damaged condition or was defective
- Incorrect item was shipped (other than what you actually ordered).

changes by Manufacturers: Manufacturers bring minor
changes to their product labeling, packaging, name and/or
formula time to time. These changes are to comply with regulatory
issues or for marketing purpose. HerbsMD.com is responsible
to ship the same UPC code item that you ordered. Please match
the UPC code present at the item you received with the UPC
code at our website before returning an item due to minor
differences. In case you still do not wish to keep the item,
please return it to us in fresh condition, and we will issue
refund to you as per our refund policy. (Hide)
- Item is in new condition with original packaging.
We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened items or items
returned more than 30 days after shipping date.
You need an RMA code before returning items back to us, so we can
identify and process your returns. Following is the procedure to
get an RMA code:
- Log into your member area at HerbsMD.com using your email and
password
- Locate the order you want to return in your Order History
- Provide Quantity to return against each item you would like
to return and click on Generate RMA button
- Print attach this RMA label with the original package and ship
it back to us
Once your return is received with RMA code, refund will be issued
within 21 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.
We will reimburse you the amount charged for items received in
good condition after deducting 10% restocking fees. Shipping charges
are non-refundable. However we will issue you full refund, if the
return is due to an error at our part (such as incorrect, damaged
or defective items).
