| I picked this tea up at the local health store not knowing why I did. I'm not a tea drinker and I was there to get milk thistle tea to boost my liver because my liver enzymes were up and there was no explanation. Once I started drinking the tea I noticed first, I liked the taste, very smooth but several things were happening. I'm a coffee junkie meaning I drink alot of expresso during the day. After awhile I only craved one Breve and that was in the morning. The rest of the day I drank rooibos tea. I also noticed that I could go almost the whole day without a hunger pain and had to remind myself to eat. Usually my blood sugar would drop and I'd get loopy but not since I've been drinking the tea. Also I felt the early stages of a cold or flu since everyone hacks away in public so I drank an extra cup of tea and it has kept away all symptoms.
