| Lets just say that, after (1) Three capsule dose and waiting a while, I began to think that this product would not work. I took another Three capsule dose and THE FLOOD GATES OPENED !!!! The great thing about this product is that it did not make me feel like I had to stay close to the bathroom. You know it's working when you begin to feel and hear some mysterious growls coming from your stomach area. BE ADVISED !!! When in full effect, Your Stool Will Be LOOOOOOOSE !!!! and you WILL discard copious amounts liquid matter with lots of gas. | This stuff is unbelievable. I literally had insomnia for months. Sometimes went two nights without restful sleep (restful means fall asleep within 20-30 minutes and stay in deep sleep all night.) I tried Tylenol PM, Ambien but knew these were not good alternatives. I absolutely could not sleep or relax. The magnesium I believe relaxes my muscles and has helped tremendously. | My son,age 40, had severe breathing problems for several years. He was variously diagnosed as having asthma, chronic sinusitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). After several years of being given prednisone and albuterol and many antibiotics, his condition did not improve (although those drugs probably kept him alive). About 3 months ago he started on mucolyxir. Within a very short period of time his sinus infection (noted on 2 CAT scans) cleared, his breathing improved dramatically, and he now has significant breathing problems only when engaging in strenuous physical activity in very hot, humid weather. However, he still uses the albuterol occasionally, and is having difficulty weaning off the prednisone. I have a long (over 50 years) history of chronic sinusitis with post nasal drip. Within a few days of starting mucolyxir the situation improved greatly. While I still carry a handkerchief, I estimate the post nasal drip to have decreased about 70%; and I have only very rarely needed the Claritin which I used to take regularly.
