| I havce used both NOW brand and Aura Cacia Peppermint Oil extensively for sinus congestion, muscular aches, arthritis. I use it in soaking baths and also I apply it to my ears, neck, back, hands, nostrils and temples neat without dilution. Often following it with DMSO 10 -30% to increase the antiinflammatory action and vasodilation to increase circulation and speed relief. I like the Aura Cacia oil best, it seems stronger, so it takes less. But the NOW brand is also much cheaper so a good alternative for those on a budget. More Peppermint Reviews |

| Read reviews about promensil, and figured it couldn't hurt to try it. I had been living with hot flashes/night sweats for a couple of months and they were so frequent and so intense (day and night) that they literally ruined every single day. I was moody, miserable, etc... Started taking promensil, and after 2 weeks most of the hot flashes had subsided, or were not as often or as intense. By the 3rd week they were gone. I am at the one month mark, and I am back to my old self, with a real feeling of balance in my life. Promensil does exactly what it says and is definitely worth trying.
