With proper diet, exercise, CholestSafe and fish oil, my husband's total cholesterol dropped from the 290's to the 230's in 4 months. His doctor was quite impressed and recommended "keep doing what you're doing!"

This product has worked well in lowering my cholesterol but after doing an internet search I'm finding that there is more than one version being sold. Be wary of different labels, different amounts of the ingredients and different pricing. The label with the green leaf has the highest amounts of the needed ingredients, i.e. 600 mg of Red Rice Yeast, 200 mcg of Chromium, etc.
