I had a really bad LDL test about 3 years ago, and my doctor wanted me to take statins. I got her to allow me a trial of Solaray's Red Yeast Rice instead. Now my LDL is 85 and my HDL is 78. Yay!

I have been taking Red Yeast Rice for about 3 years now and Red Yeast Rice really help to keep my cholesterol numbers down and I would recommend Red Yeast Rice to my friends and family.
