Cured Me of Insomnia..., July 30, 2006

This stuff is unbelievable. I literally had insomnia for months. Sometimes went two nights without restful sleep (restful means fall asleep within 20-30 minutes and stay in deep sleep all night.) I tried Tylenol PM, Ambien but knew these were not good alternatives. I absolutely could not sleep or relax. The magnesium I believe relaxes my muscles and has helped tremendously. Thank God I have this natural alternative...doctors were no help whatsoever, except for a naturopathic doctor who gave me the idea of melatonin...I also remembered seeing an infomercial about magnesium so thought it would be a good idea...
