Umcka is relatively new here in the United States, but is quickly gathering loyal fans wherever health enthusiasts congregate. Recommended by my local health food store staff, the first night I used it was amazing. My sore throat left, my sinus drainage lessened, plegm became much clearer, cough began clearing. Heartedly recommended. I only tried the Cherry.
