Alertness for the elderly or for the college student!, June 8, 2006

I've noticed after my elderly father has taken a protein drink with flaxseed oil, lecithin granules, and brewer's yeast, he is more alert and calm. I contribute this to the omega 3 fatty acids in the lecithin and flaxseed oil along with the amino acids in the super rich Twin Labs Brewers Yeast amino acids which provide papaya and pineapple enzymes which break down the protein and provides you with vitamins minerals and amino acids. Lecithin provides the brain with brain food. I blend all of this up with fruit and fruit juice.
