Being a person who has always enjoyed a good health, I shy away from taking any form of supplements. But since last 3 months I was under attack of several viral infections such as flu, cough and fever. Someone told me that it might due to a weakening of immune system that your body is failed to fight against viral infections. So after consulting a herbalist I started using Astra 8 to strengthen my immune system and it worked well. Now I am back on a healthy life track after using it for one month.

I was on diet program for two months and lose considerable weight, after loosing enough weight I started feeling weak. Constant headache and body pain was one of the side effects of this diet program.
