I havce used both NOW brand and Aura Cacia Peppermint Oil extensively for sinus congestion, muscular aches, arthritis. I use it in soaking baths and also I apply it to my ears, neck, back, hands, nostrils and temples neat without dilution. Often following it with DMSO 10 -30% to increase the antiinflammatory action and vasodilation to increase circulation and speed relief. I like the Aura Cacia oil best, it seems stronger, so it takes less. But the NOW brand is also much cheaper so a good alternative for those on a budget.
