I was experiencing poor mental clarity, depression, and anxiety and tried inositol. The results have been astounding. I am more: relaxed, clear minded, content, and an extra bonus was my hair--which was thinning and falling out--has got it's color back and is so much healthier looking and feeling. My skin in general is so much better. For me? Inositol is the best supplement I've ever tried! Thanks TWINLAB!
