The first thing that I would like to mention is -READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!!! The first time that I used it I made up a pitcher of iced tea using about 8 tea bags. After finishing the pitcher - well let's say it cleaned me out!!! I was in the bathroom the entire night. After reading the instructions I started using it like i should and have been dropping lbs. - not fast but verry steady. I love this stuff!!!!

I've used several other diet teas and not been pleased with the results. But Laci's tea is great. I've been using her tea for about the last 6 months and have lost approximately 40 pounds -- or about 7 pounds a month. While that doesn't seem like much, as I said, I've tried other products and haven't gotten anywhere near the same results. And the good thing about this tea is that you really don't have to do anything special, other than drink it, if you don't wish to. I do eat 5 small meals daily -- all organic foods. And although I should exercise, I don't do much in that area...and I've still lost weight. I'd definitely recommend it. Just heed the advice on the package to discontinue using it if you develope diarrhea. And remember: diets work differently for everyone. Just because it worked for me, doesn't mean it will work for you. But try it anyway. You might be surprised. Namaste.
