I finally found something that works. It stops the cramps within minutes after putting the tablets under my tongue. Glad I found it.

I was awakened at night with restless legs, someone recommended leg cramps with Quinine. I took 2 right before bed and slept like a baby. I did not feel groggy in the morning and did not have any kind of side effects. I think it also helps with insomnia. I feel good in the morning.

I've had low back and leg pain for years. I've spent too many dR. VIsits to get help. even physical therapy did not help, I was always an active person. My leg and back pain slowed me to a stop. I'm going again. I get some relief from this med to keep from being irritable from pain.
